For the past few months we've been building something quietly. A realty firm with 75 years of family legacy behind it and no brand to carry it. Three generations of construction practice. A million square feet built. And not even a logo.

So we started from zero. The name. The crowned bear. The green. The wordmark. The story. The website. Every word on every page.

Seventy nine years ago, freedom gave India a voice.

What's changed since isn't the voice. It's how far it travels.

A handwritten poster on a wall used to reach a street. Now a single post reaches a country before lunch. The wall became the newspaper, the newspaper became the radio, and somewhere along the way the whole thing fit inside a phone in your pocket.

But strip away the medium and the thing underneath never moved. People still just want to be heard. Every generation found its own way to do it, we just happen to be the generation that got the loudest tools.

That's the part we think about at Marcadors. Not the reach. The reason to stay once you've got it.
