Nobody remembers “I’m a personal trainer.” They remember the woman who used to cry in the locker room and now helps other women feel strong.
Same person. Same service. Completely different pull.
That gap is the whole point of this carousel. Most brands, founders, and businesses post like a bulletin board. They state what they do, list the offer, drop a tip, and then wonder why none of it lands. It does not land because facts do not make anyone feel anything. Stories do.
And this is not a coach thing. It works for a skincare brand, a local cafe, a founder building in public, anyone. “We sell cold-pressed juice” is a fact. “We started this because my mum’s diet after her surgery was full of sugar and we could not find a single clean option” is a reason to care. One gets scrolled past. The other gets saved and shared.
You do not need a tragic backstory to do this. You just need to stop hiding behind the label and tell people why you actually do the thing.
Swipe through the examples, then look at your last three posts. Did you state facts, or did you tell a story? If it is all facts, that is probably why the reach feels flat.
