However hard it might be to decode the handwriting sometimes, but I genuinely receive the Love which my mentees reciprocate.

I still remember my first day. It makes me nostalgic after a year to reminisce how jittery I was to enter the room and address all of you. However, we sailed through it together and made a difference to each other's lives.

With this lockdown, I believe we all must have realised that to keep yourself up in difficult times, it is the mere presence of small little things which we cling onto for motivation and positivity.

Having trained and mentored over a thousand trainees, I really felt the need to respond to and appreciate all the valuable responses I have received till date.

For a trainer, I believe the biggest motivation is when the trainees truly respond to your teachings with a positive change.

So I decided that everyday I'll share one feedback given to me after my trainings and give you a glance of what kept me motivated during these difficult times.

But what does it signify?
Red ties have been known as Power Ties since ancient times. Red color signifies aggressiveness, power, attention grabbing, wealth, strength, authority, dominance, and passion. By wearing a red tie you are implying that you mean business.

Trump chooses to wear red to also create a contrast with his age, so that he is not taken for granted.

Trump also chooses red as it matches his personal color to create more impact through his face (Known as art of balancing color and clothes)
