▶ Straighten your back - Make sure you're checking your posture throughout the day by straightening your back, locking your elbows, and looking straight ahead. If your work allows, take a break to walk around or stretch your muscles. No matter what you do, make sure you're working with your body, not against it!
▶ Drink Water - Drinking water is crucial to your productivity at work. While working from home, many of us tend to forget to drink enough water. Unfortunately, the dehydration that results from this is not something we feel immediately. It is easy to get dehydrated while working from home, and it is important to take breaks to get fluids.
▶ Take Break - So take breaks! Go for a walk outside during your lunchtime. Drink lots of water. Most importantly, take time out to relax. You'll be more productive in the long run.
▶ Do something that boosts your mental health.
