HIRING: Lead Designer & Project Manager — The Evolve Studio
The Evolve Studio is looking for a Lead Designer who can also take on the role of a Project Manager. Someone who brings both creative depth and operational clarity to the table.
This is a hands-on role. You will not just guide the work, you will shape it. From building brand identities to overseeing content across formats, you will be closely involved at every stage of the process, ensuring that what goes out is sharp, thoughtful, and on point.
What you’ll do
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and motion graphic artists
• Own project timelines. Plan, track, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams
• Design and develop brand identities, from concept to ex*****on
• Oversee video output. Quality check, refine, and elevate creative where needed
• Step in to add value at every stage, from ideation to final delivery
• Work closely with internal teams and clients, translating briefs into strong creative outcomes
What we’re looking for
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in design and team management
• Strong foundation in branding and visual identity systems
• Ability to manage both people and projects without dropping the ball on either
• A sharp eye for detail, especially in motion and video content
• Comfortable using AI tools in the creative process, and open to learning as the space evolves
• Someone who takes ownership, not just of tasks but of outcomes
