ह्याचा अभ्यास करताना लक्षात आलं, कि संभाव्य ग्राहक तो कुणासोबत व्यवसाय करणार आहे हे नीट पाहत असतो. तर कल्पना अशी, कि आपण त्याच्या मनात आधीच ही जागा पटकावली तर ?

हे शक्य आहे, असते, ते एखाद्याची " शिफारस " मिळाली तर. हे मिळवायचे कसे ?

# असे मित्र हवेत , जे व्यावसयिक आहेत
# त्यांची "देण्या" ची वृत्ती हवी

बिझनेस नेट्वर्किंग हे ते प्रमुख अस्त्र. तुम्ही जर मराठी व्यावसायिक असाल, आणि चौफेर झटपट आपला बिझनेस वाढवू पाहत असाल, तर एक सुवर्णसंधी तुमची वाट पाहत आहे, ती म्हणजे :-

Attend Events for Learning ( not just networking )

Recently I attended 3 events ... all 3 of different nature. One,at Saturday Club's Business Meeting ( where I am a Paid Member ), another one at PCSIC, which was a Panel Discussion. One more at Baner which was more focused on networking, but discussions of course. Every session, different learnings took place. Speakers share their great experience of Life time. Which is not easy to learn by yourself.

For example, at the PCSIC, Mr Suryakant Katti, a veteran marketeer shared great customer engagement strategies from Ultratech Cement. It was a great thing to learn.

What's the use of inserting 3 same flyers ?

Very first, I am not pretty sure whether these kind of advertising still works. However, since it exists, it must be working. One of my friends is still doing it for his apparel shop for the nearby vicinity.

But point is something else.

I received 3 flyers of same ad. 3 flyers were inserted in the same Newspaper. It might be because of the mistake of the one who inserted these flyers in the newspaper. I believe these guys charge you on the number of circulations, the number of houses he's sending the newspapers to.

But double check... whether it happens out of 1-time mistake or just a practice he follows. The friend, I mentioned goes to the newspaper distributor in early morning & checks it rigorously. This is "Micro" Management.

But let's not neglect that. Some businesses do need that. Even some part of your business also needs that. I said some part. Not all.

As a business owner, we need to monitor all activities time to time & take an audit of which ones look more important
