There was a time when Independence Day meant waking up early, getting dressed in white, carrying a tiny tricolour and standing in a school assembly waiting for the celebrations to begin.
And, if we're being completely honest, waiting for the boondi laddoo.
Years later, the school assembly has become a team gathering, the tiny flag has become office décor, but that feeling hasn't changed much.
This year, Team Espial Solutions got together to celebrate with the tricolour, good company, samosas, boondi laddoos and plenty of smiles.
Some traditions deserve to grow up with us.
