💼 Work Mode: Hybrid
👥 Experience:

3–5 years – Social Media Executive and Website developers
7+ years – Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Lead

🔹 Job Description
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.
Create engaging social media content, captions, creatives, and campaign concepts.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Track social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare reports.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

3–5 years and 7+ years of hands-on social media experience, depending on the role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing.
Excellent content, communication, and copywriting skills.
Experience managing social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
