Blog's Background.
A few years ago, I had the idea of streamlining all possible white-collar, blue-collar, gray-collar, and pink-collar laborers and their related jobs or projects.
To deal with the future demand for jobs for the youngest Indian people to be Viksit Bharat before 2047.
After basic research, I had the first idea for Viksit Bharat: We need to take a census of skilled laborers including their experience level and qualifications, without concentrating on the caste system-based census.
Along with this, we need to build a system for national labor cards.
By integrating different industry-specific skills, experiences, and qualifications with AADHAR cards
As we have done with ABHA .cards for healthcare services by integrating health records with AADHAR cards.
In this blog...
I have explained the drawbacks of the caste-based census and the benefits of only the census of skilled laborers including their experience level and qualifications, without concentrating on the caste system-based census.
*** In my view, the naming of castes was the greatest work for structuring the profession-based ecosystem of Bharat. Before the British rule, but Britishers used and interpreted the caste system for discrimination in society, and Congress has deliberately continued to divide Indian society by caste-based census and other caste-based policies.
***Currently, Bharat has Unorganized Workers Identification Number (UWIN) Card managed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment,
and state-level labor cards under welfare boards for specific groups like construction workers, agricultural laborers, or other informal sector employees.
We need to have one master labor card.....
Many other nations have labor cards....
Country includes
UAE,
Pakistan
Saudi Arabia
Malaysia
South Africa
Oman
EU
Indonesia

In competition, all political parties will use this data for polarization. Perpetuation of Stereotypes: Categorizing p...
