Too many red flags in this video. As an advertising fraternity, we had been collaborating with different vendors till now for our various needs. Everyone had their own niche and expertise. Everyone used to earn according to their experience. But it was always a collaborative effort.

With AI coming to the fore, a lot has changed.

A digital marketing agency no longer needs to depend upon other vendors for their regular creatives. High stakes creatives like a TVC, still safe from the ills of AI.

The above creative was made entirely using various tools of AI.

Part 7. Led a comprehensive strategy review meeting with the client to assess the brand’s performance over the past two quarters. Presented an in-depth evaluation supported by detailed research, highlighting key areas where the brand performed well as well as identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement across various aspects of the business and communication.

The discussion also focused on future direction, where a structured roadmap was presented along with three distinct strategic routes for the brand. These routes were designed to guide decision-making, strengthen positioning, and shape the brand’s communication and marketing efforts over the next two quarters.
