Hiring: Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Chandigarh, Mohali

We are looking for a smart, self-driven, and execution-focused candidate for a Sales & Operations Manager role at NextGen Solutions.
Role involves:
• Field sales & business development
• Vendor onboarding & management
• Procurement & operations coordination
• E-commerce marketplace support
Requirements:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and frequent local travel
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Prior experience in sales, procurement, distribution, or e-commerce is a plus
