This one will always be my most loved project ❤️
When our director Nachiket Joshi decided to shoot a Bridgestone tyre ad film in Uttarakhand, we went into full recce mode — driving day and night, exploring every possible breathtaking location the mountains had to offer. Every valley was stunning. Remote. Untouched. Magical.
Delhi line producer Adesh Gola and I kept suggesting we do it in Dehradun or Mussoorie — practical locations for a standard crew of 60–75 people. It would have been easier, safer, more manageable.
But nothing — absolutely nothing — was more beautiful than the valley of Harsil.
And honestly, we were bored of doing the usual circuits — Doon, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Nainital. The Himalayas have countless unexplored valleys — why not go there, challenge ourselves, and create something extraordinary?
The challenge was massive.
– Temperature: -19°C
– Remote location with minimal facilities
– Constant fear of snowfall blocking roads
– Risk of the crew getting stranded for days
But our director didn’t stop. He believed. He pushed. And everything went super. Perfect.
Grateful for the madness, the risk, and the magic.
Thank you, Nachiket Joshi, Stuti Bharadwaj , Imran and Adesh Gola — for making it unforgettable.
