Position: Web Consultant
Job Responsibilities
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Excellent communication skill and fluency in English language.
2. Basic knowledge in computer operation.
3. Minimum qualification: 10th standard.
4. Experienced and fresher are both welcomed.
5. Candidates should be comfortable to work in Night shift.
Qualification: 12th, B.A, B.SC, B.Com, BBA, BCA are mostly preferred
Interview Process: HR & Technical (Basic Quality) Round
Job type: Full time
Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am / 9:30 am -6:30 pm

Benefits:
