Political parties to cough up a whopping share of Rs.12,00,000 towards social media advertisements for elections this year , which is a jump of approx 150% when compared to the year 2014.
Facebook will take the lead with an estimated investment of approx Rs. 10,00,000 on Facebook ads. “We are estimating a 100-150% growth in ad spends on social media for this year’s general elections compared to 2014 which is very substantial,” said Ashish Bhasin, CEO, South Asia, at Dentsu Aegis Network.

There is a huge crack in our education system which is just widening time after time and if revolution is not brought in the system that its ruin is guaranteed. The education in today´s time be it from educational Institutes or from Parents is just the way to make students dream of a job, job which may or may not fall in his/her niche. However, this approach is just increasing the vulnerability of student´s mind.
The risk bearing appetite of the millenials has decreased which is the sole cause of increased su***de rate among students. The reason of unemployeement is also contributed by this approach because if we are not studying the stream that we like than how can we even perform well in job interviews!!! Forget about landing a job.
We will just keep faking the world and ourselves.
This will neither create skill, nor bring happiness among students and parents who invest huge money in education of their child and later on find him/her struggling to get a job.
Lets not worsen the case and let's train the upcoming generation in taking calculated risks in life and knowing which is his/her right career path and achieve that career no matter what. Atleast this approach will make the World a little better place to live in. Career is not only about taking home every month suitcase full of salary, but it is also about having satisfaction on what we are doing. Remember, the person who has followed his/her passion and achieved success in life earns way more than the boss you work for or will work for in future and they are also satisfied in life.
P.S. Lets know ownself and not compromise career for a silly job. This way we will also not get fooled by the marketing gimmick of commercial institutes. Policies, policy makers and profit seekers in education sector may or may not change, but atleast let us change our own way of thinking.
