Why are people suffering if the testing stations of these districts are having issues at their end why are penalties being levied on innocent commercial vehicle owners who are at no fault. Omar Abdullah kindly look into it as fines are being levied on commercial vehicles on a daily basis and the traffic police department is issuing challans to owners of commercial vehicle of these districts.

Why not we deserve the same,
Labours in any shape are pillar, s of nation so let them get there best wages for there livilihood.........
