Hulaboo came to us with a simple ask. Make this summer different. Make people come back. Make it something they remember. We could have made an ad. We made a universe instead.

The insight was simple. People don't remember places. They remember experiences that made them feel something. So we stopped thinking about Hulaboo as a family entertainment centre and started thinking about it as a world with its own story, its own journey, and its own reason to return.

We built the Passport Campaign. Every visit had a purpose. Every game added progress. Every stamp brought you closer to something worth coming back for. The space didn't change. The meaning of it did. Content brought the world to life. Made it easy to understand, easy to enter, and hard to leave behind.

The result? 2000+ passports sold. Stronger footfall. Higher engagement across every experience.

But the number we're most proud of isn't on this slide. It's the kid who came back three weekends in a row because they hadn't finished their journey yet.
