Please find below the Bib & Event Kit Distribution schedule:
📍 Day 1
Date: Friday, 7th August 2026
Venue: Decathlon, Lake Shore Mall, Thane
Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

📍 Day 2
Date: Saturday, 8th August 2026
Venue: New Horizon International School, Rodas, Hiranandani Estate, Thane
Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Important Instructions -
• Bib collection is mandatory before the event. Bibs will not be distributed on the morning of the event.
• Please carry your Registration Confirmation Email or Registration ID while collecting your kit.
• If someone is collecting the kit on your behalf, kindly ensure they carry your Registration ID/confirmation email.
• Please verify the child's name, run category, and T-shirt size at the time of collection.
• T-shirts will be issued strictly as per the size selected at the time of registration. No requests for change of T-shirt size will be entertained. Once the T-shirt and Bib have been collected, no size exchange or replacement will be possible.
• Running Bibs are non-transferable and should not be exchanged with another participant.
• Please keep your Bib safely and bring it on the event day. Entry to the race will only be permitted with the official event Bib.
• We encourage you to collect your race kit on the mentioned dates to avoid last-minute rush and ensure a smooth event experience.
