Hi Friends, Greetings of the day! So, prior to stepping up as an ENTREPRENEUR, I have been a working professional for 25 years with a varied exposure to Pharma/ Food sector along with Laboratory management. Having done my PG Diploma in Analytical Chemistry & Grad in Microbiology, I have also achieved a heap of certificates in varied areas throughout my work tenure. Being academically strong headed
, a sincere person at heart and always ready to learn approach, has helped me excel amazingly in all my job roles. So, why… “WHY” this twist in my professional life? Well there are few reasons to it and they go as follows:-
I strongly believe in the saying ‘FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION’ and have grown up with a liking to be presentable (Always). Moreover, I am blessed with a good sense of dressing & styling - as per the occasions. My choice for clothes & accessories would be admired & complimented by all…. be it a family function, work place or social gatherings. Another reason or rather most important one, which motivated me to add feather to my career was self realization. However strong one’s working profession is going on, we do not escape the ups & downs. At some point you stop and ask yourself, which I did “Is this really complimenting good enough against all my efforts & hardships taken till date without overlooking the compromises done in the long way?” I was really unsure but most of the times the answer reflected from my inner self as “NO". So, then I opened up my heart and simply followed my guided path taking a bold decision of life, to quit my job and START a new "ME" on my "OWN". Believing in myself & of course God’s will, I decided to kick start afresh, my new professional inning as a "CONSULTANT" to utilize my rich 25 years technical experience as an Auditor & Trainer. But still, how come TECHNICAL plus SOFT SKILLS TRAINER / IMAGE ENHANCER ? Well, PERSONALITY of any person is the TRAITS that predict a person’s behavior. It is basically a combination of character, nature, temperament, make-up, psyche which portrays your entire PERSONA. Part of it is inherent and rest to be developed. However, to succeed well in any career, your personality & profession should complement each other. Having attended and conducting numerous conferences, seminars, training, corporate gatherings and meetings, I gathered a lot of noting and observations. These I thought could be passed on for enhancement of an individual’s PERSONA when “he” or “she” is in a “SOCIAL” atmosphere; be it corporate, family function or even a regular big or small meet. I love to socialize and connect well with people, hence would land up being a good “MENTOR” for IMAGE BUILDING with SOFT SKILLS development to help channeling the right flow. That’s when I decided to go one step further to get myself proficient for Image Management, which I did so in parallel to my new venture, “MICRO INSIGHT” as a technical Consultant (Food, Pharma).
