Service Advisor - Car Showroom
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle service experience is smooth and satisfying.
What You'II Do:
Receive customers and understand their vehicle
service needs
1. Prepare quotations and service estimates
2. Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle progress
3. Explain repairs, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers
4. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
5. Follow up with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels
6. Promote additional services and achieve service targets
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor preferred
2. Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
3. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
4. Strong sales and follow-up abilities V UAE driving license is an advantage
5. Work Location: In person
