Social Media Marketing Executive

As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for :
- Conceptualize and implement social media and digital media campaigns for CropIn through Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties
- Plan and execute social media strategies on various platforms like web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, and online campaigns
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that the designs are properly built and implemented
- Assist the creative team in developing innovative digital marketing ideas that engage audiences
- Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis
- Making monthly Analytics report to measure/review performance of the campaigns & optimizing accordingly
- Ability to write concise, attention grabbing and hard-hitting copy that puts the message across
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Ideate and execute social media campaigns to meet specific business
objectives
- 1 or 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram and more
- Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (Image/Video/Text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking and social analytics tools experience (Google Analytics preferred)
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Good understanding of User behaviour patterns
- Expert in writing skills, editing and proof reading abilities
- Fluency in English grammar
Qualifications : - Any Graduate (Background in Communications or Creative media preferred)
-Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media Branding / Google Analytics
