"Move your body, Exercise 3X a week, take enough proteins, planks, lunges" these are the words I don't understand & was never interested in 😪
Any talk about fitness is like a new language that I don't know yet but....🤷♀️
In late November 2021, my health started deterring & it took a toll on my entire body, I couldn't even sit for a few hours.
It was then I decided to have a fitness regime and before you ask I'm not even close to 1% yet but that's okay 🌼

These tiny habits are the one that gives us success over years.
Whatever the goals you have, be it business, income, health, relationship, start setting a routine that helps you in the longer run 💛.
