Front Office Cum Counselor in Visakhapatnam
Job Description :
We are a technology training institute requiring a Front Office Cum Counselor.
She would be responsible for interacting with students and potential students who enquire about our training programmes and taking them through the admission process.
Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-verbal and written.
Should be people friendly & customer service oriented.
Well Presentable and Attractive Personality.
Extra Languages Knows is added advantage
Job Role :
• Should be able to explain about the company and courses to the candidates
• Calling students who have enquired about our services
• Student follow up via email and phone call
• Convincing candidate to join our course
• Getting details of candidates and taking them through admission process
• Getting fees and required documents.
• Batch Scheduling
• Should be able to meet the target.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Student Database Management
• All routine office matters
Experience: 1 -3 Years
Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required.
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required.
Salary: As per the industry standards plus Incentives
