About Us
Y Marketing & Advertising is a creative agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and creative content production. We are looking for a talented designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for digital platforms.
Develop visual concepts that align with brand identities.
Edit and animate reels, promotional videos, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
Prepare files for both digital and print production.
Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work.

Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic knowledge of video editing.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with branding and advertising agencies.
Knowledge of 3D software (Blender or Cinema 4D) is a plus.
Basic UI/UX knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

Oversee daily operations across marketing, branding, print production, IT, and sales functions.
Manage and coordinate all department teams and ensure smooth collaboration between creative, production, IT, and sales teams.
Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Project & Service Delivery

Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Monitor workload, timelines, and overall project performance.
Resolve operational issues and continuously improve workflows.
Maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.

Financial & Performance Monitoring

Track budgets, project costs, and department performance.
Monitor KPIs and performance targets.
Provide regular operations and performance reports to the Managing Director.

Client, Sales & Business Support

Support client relationship management, proposal development, and business growth.
