Hiring Announcement – General Manager (Y Marketing Department)
Y Marketing is seeking a highly experienced, leadership-driven General Manager with proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations to lead daily operations while supporting business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management.
The General Manager will execute the strategy set by the Managing Director and oversee the daily operations of the Y Marketing Department, ensuring projects, teams, and workflows run efficiently while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Management
Oversee daily operations across marketing, branding, print production, IT, and sales functions.
Manage and coordinate all department teams and ensure smooth collaboration between creative, production, IT, and sales teams.
Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Project & Service Delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Monitor workload, timelines, and overall project performance.
Resolve operational issues and continuously improve workflows.
Maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.
Financial & Performance Monitoring
Track budgets, project costs, and department performance.
Monitor KPIs and performance targets.
Provide regular operations and performance reports to the Managing Director.
Client, Sales & Business Support
Support client relationship management, proposal development, and business growth.
Oversee ex*****on of marketing campaigns and service delivery.
Ensure alignment between sales activities and operational ex*****on.
Support achievement of sales and operational targets.
