Title: Operation Manager

Contract Duration: Long term (3 Months of Probation)

Salary Range: $1000-$1300
Working Days: 5 Days/Week (40 Hours/Week)
A. Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Point of view
• Bring new ideas or projects from technical perspective for Baghdad & south region area then should transfer all idea directly to CEO and CTO directly
• Should be capable to have multiple channels with ITPC.
Commercial Point of view
• Managing and monitoring service opening, downgrading, upgrading, and termination with ITPC or any other related part
• Doing monthly market study and geo marketing cooperatively with the sales team and reporting to CCO.
• Visiting and meeting customers with sales team if required and reporting to CCO.
• Inform sales team for any new sale opportunity.
• Find a solution for overdue payments and getting CCO approval before taken any action and meeting the customer directly in case sales team and cash controller needs assistance.
• Report customer complains to CTO directly.
• Representing Al-Sadr Fiber at any related event matching with our mission and vision in his zone.
• Before taking any action linked to the any department the head of department approval must be taken.
• Creating an excellent businesses environment and control the employee conflict and enhance the team work.
• Supervise activities of Baghdad branch and taking responsibilities of all the operation in Baghdad and what depend on Baghdad operation.
• Comprehensive bi-weekly report to the direct line manager about the operation in Baghdad.
• Listing the opportunities in Baghdad and the middle region in general.
• Create and analyze management information and reports.
• Coordinate activities among different branches all over the country, such as Kirkuk and Basra.
• Set targets and ensure they are met in conjunction with the direct line manager.
• Supervising Baghdad staff in term of Technical, Sales, Administration and Financial.
• Hire and terminate staff according to needs in conjunction with the direct line manager.
• Interact with local ISP in Baghdad, building up strong relation.
• Handle customer complaints and work with the relevant department to find root cause analysis for the complaint.
• Observing the internet market in general and Alsard Fiber competitors particularly.
• Build up strong relationship with ITPC in Baghdad.
• Manage budged and managing contractor, sub-contractor properly without making conflict.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
• Meet goals and metrics.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
C. Required qualifications, competencies and experience Qualifications
• Education: Master/Bachelor Degree in Business administration or communication Engineering
• Experience: 5 years of experience
• Language Skills: Arabic, Kurdish and English
• Proven branch management experience
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Supervise personnel performing field and shop work.
• Good interpersonal, social, and communication skills.
• Time Management and organization skills
• Self-Motivated with a strong desire to take care of our customers

• Pump end and engine complete teardown, rebuild, test, and operating principles.
