Six years. Same client. New challenges every time.
For the 6th consecutive year, Nickland Media delivered the video & multimedia production for the RAJA – Mondoffice Annual Convention.
This edition brought us back to two distinctive venues:
📍 Città Studi Biella — institutional sessions
📍 Fondazione Pistoletto Cittadellarte — team building & social moments
One production. Two completely different dynamics to manage.
Behind the scenes, a highly coordinated technical ecosystem:
— Number One - Servizi Tecnici per lo Spettacolo, acting as general contractor with Massimo Ariatta, Corrado Garbaccio Joria, Luca Nagliato and Laura Cartotto
— Stefano Teagno and Marco Ferro, delivering top-tier sound engineering
— Telesystems Professional (Roberto Todisco, Gianluca Janjo Angioi and team) for video & interpretation, with additional support from Edoardo Valsania.
— Nickland Media for multimedia production + on-site coordination at Città Studi
— Matteo Zin, Cinzia Gillono & Stefano Lanza Photographer Stefano Lanza for short-form content
— Ohm Live Service (Andrea Pancotti and Enrico Piasentin for lighting & rigging (PAR LEDs, moving heads, profiles, GrandMA3)
— Diego Vannini, together with EXPOTEAM SRL and the event managers Francesca Garrino Free Style Events and Ela Ghiotti, ensuring flawless ex*****on at Fondazione Pistoletto.
On the technical side:
📽️ At Città Studi Auditorium, we deployed an additional camera projection system (2x screens/projectors) alongside the main screen — enhancing immersion and visual continuity for the audience.
💡 Lighting was not just functional — it was part of the storytelling. A show-driven design supporting every key moment of the convention.
Large-scale productions are never about single performances. They’re about alignment, precision, and trust across every team involved.
