Alongside ත්‍රිකුණාමලය, LankaPay conducted a town-storming program in Nilaveli on June 3rd, engaging tourism sector merchants to raise awareness on the LANKAQR payment system.

In collaboration with multiple partner banks, the initiative focused on driving digital payment adoption at grassroots level, enabling merchants to experience the speed, convenience, and security of cashless transactions.

The programme further strengthened awareness on how LANKAQR supports seamless payment experiences for both local and international visitors, contributing to a more connected and digitally empowered tourism ecosystem in Sri Lanka.
