Activities of the Council are generally funded by its founders and contributions from its membersm as well as donations and grants. The Council works in line with the best international practices and standards, and the Council shall also have non-profitable income from the general practices of all its activities. The Council’s slogan “We work together for a better Iraq” emerged from the basis of the Council’s goals and vision, to open a portal for communication between Iraq and Europe for the benefit of both parties and to create a new and advanced vision for creating a better Iraq. Our vision is to adopt the best means of knowledge and relationships to contribute to the creation of a better Iraq based on freedom, integrity, and openness to the world. We seek for a unified Iraq with all its groups and people, subject to development and change through a comprehensive outlook that is open to the world and aware of all needs and capabilities.
