The HU are on the cover of HARD FORCE following the release of their third full-length album, HUN, out July 24 via Better Noise Music .

HUN — which translates to “human” in their native language — holds special meaning for the band. Originally called Between the Heaven and Earth, the album was intended to be understood as something natural and true, akin to human life on Earth, which is why they chose HUN to best represent it.  HUN finds The HU, who were first tipped by NPR back in 2019, at the peak of their powers thus far. They expand the scope of their signature Hunnu Rock with 11 tracks steeped in the lore and legend of Mongolia, yet uplifted with universal ambition. It’s as epic, enthralling, and enigmatic and it opens the gateway into their world.

The genre-defying instrumental rock innovators Polyphia have announced their fifth full-length studio album “BE NOT AFRAID” out October 23rd with Rise Records .

With the news, the band also released their new single off the record “POWER IN THE BLOOD” with an accompanying music video. Filmed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this video finds the band playing against the ornate, gold-leaf Baroque backdrops from the São Francisco da Penitência Church. The powerful visual lays the foundation for what’s to come off the new record, directed by Caleb Young.

“Instead of going wide on BE NOT AFRAID, we went as deep as we could” Henson shares. “There are so many layers to pull back. Every time you listen to it, you’ll notice something new. Thematically, it’s by far the most meaningful record we’ve ever made”.

Earlier this year, Polyphia teased their new chapter with the release of their first single in over four years, “CAN YOU FEEL IT” Pushing boundaries in ways the band never has before with a hybrid of metal and dance music, their music video showcased an electrifying performance by the band amidst a crowd of fans.

Polyphia refused to compromise on BE NOT AFRAID.

Five Finger Death Punch are on the cover of Rock Tribune Magazine Belgium 🤘

2 decades, 10 albums and not even thinking about slowing down, Five Finger Death Punch have released Legacy, the defining album of a 20-year career. Few bands reach a 20th anniversary. Fewer still reach it at the height of their commercial power.

Founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory left no doubt about where “Legacy” stands in the band’s catalog: “This album is our loud and clear answer to the question of whether a band can stay true to the signature sound that has become the soundtrack to millions of fans’ daily lives and still write something new and exciting. “Legacy” is an absolute monster, an unapologetic monument to how far we’ve come, and a clear signal that we’re not even thinking about slowing down. If you asked me to pick the one record that best represents the essence of this band, I would hand you this one.”

Next up, after the North American tour, 5FDP will head across the pond for an early 2027 UK/EUROPEAN tour leg with Lamb Of God and Bleed From Within. The second leg of the 20th Anniversary World Tour will kick off in the UK in Manchester on Saturday, January 16 and will see the band perform in 21 cities across the continent, ending in Helsinki on February 22, 2027.

DON BROCO have always defied categorization. Effortlessly merging metal, post-hardcore, funk, and electronica, they create a sound distinctly their own. With Nightmare Tripping, they dive into their heaviest and most nuanced work yet, embracing unexpected musical turns and deeper thematic explorations.

The journey through “Nightmare Tripping” unfolded like an epic adventure, first single “Cellophane” brought sharp-edged nu-metal swagger, and “Disappear” revealed raw emotional nerve. Meanwhile, “Euphoria” captivated with electronic grooves and a massive, euphoric chorus. Each song charted an exciting course toward the album’s release, highlighting the band’s fearless experimentation and commitment to reinvention.
