Giugno 2021 - I&C-GAMA e Z DUE si sono resi ambasciatori della tecnologia flessografica presso l’Istituto Rizzoli per l’Insegnamento delle Arti Grafiche di Milano, consegnando una cinquantina di manuali in italiano del Flexo Best Practice Toolbox, prodotto da FTA Europe.
Sante Conselvan della I&C-GAMA si è detto felice di supportare le attività della scuola: «Con Z DUE, con cui collaboriamo nell’organizzazione di alcuni eventi, abbiamo pensato di aiutare il settore scolastico e abbiamo individuato nell’Istituto Rizzoli il destinatario adatto per diffondere la conoscenza della flessografia».

CAMIS S.r.l. is pleased to announce the new CAMIS SleeveMaster Auto (SMA), the CAMIS’s considered response to the requirement for an “hands free” automatic flexographic plate mounting solution for mid to wide web flexographic printers.
«Built around CAMIS’s flexo industry 4.0 platform the SMA continues on our quest of achieving maximum process and machine reliability as witnessed by all our clients with over many hundred CAMIS Irisleeve installations all over the world», says Davide Pesenti, CAMIS Managing Director.
A brand new HMI touch screen with CAMIS Flexo 4.0 facility allow new and existing jobs to be either uploaded or preselected. Operators can scan EAN code equipped job sheet and the machine will gather the job information from the clients CRM and upload all the data to the machine program and/or recall previous jobs quickly.
The SMA has several unique features that allow even used & demounted plates to be automatically registered and applied “hands free”, whilst its new “Double Decker” HD camera systems combined with the machine’s software and hardware features, allows the SMA to continuously track and actively eliminate the start up skew even over the longest print repeats.
The CAMIS SMA is available in widths from 900mm up to 2000mm wide and with print repeats from 300mm up to 1300mm.

International Srl has developed a new viscometer for the label market, the G39, which allows the operator to control, correct and maintain the levels of viscosity, temperature and pH set during the start-up phase.

The new system is suitable for the control of pH, temperature and viscosity and for the automatic correction of solvent and water based inks. It is also able to control the viscosity and the temperature of UV inks. In case of multiple inks uploaded in the printing machine, the G39 software is able to recognize the ink type and to run the respective control and correction process.

The product can be integrated on a new narrow web printing press or installed as an update on a machine already in production.

At InfoFlex GAMA International introduces its new line of slitter rewinders
Milan, 18th February 2020 - GAMA International expands the range of its products introducing a line of customized slitter rewinders for aluminium, film, paper and other special machines for converting such as embossers, spoolers and extractors. The first occasion to show to the public the new solutions will be InfoFlex in Columbus, Ohio, on 20th-22nd April 2020 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
At InfoFlex GAMA International will be present on both GAMA America’s booth 528 and Pamarco’s booth 315.
«We will show two lines of solutions: the viscometers and the new slitting-rewinding machines», comments Elisa Conselvan, Marketing Director of GAMA International.

Slitting rewinding solutions - The new slitting rewinding products, distributed on a private label basis, include the TR-G1, a high performance single-shaft paper cutter, the new TR-U2, a double-shaft central-axial drum machine for bare and/or coupled aluminium, and the TR-B2, a double-shaft drum machine designed to have the maximum flexibility in processing any type of material.

G31 viscometer for corrugated cardboard applications - At InfoFlex GAMA International will show its viscometer line of products and will focus on the G31 for corrugated cardboard applications. After the launch of the G31 last year in North America, GAMA International has seen a growing interest in its products from the corrugated cardboard market.

GAMA Int’l has a consolidated presence in North America, thanks to the activity run by GAMA Americas and Pamarco, GAMA International’s distributor for North America. Ward Walsh, General Manager of GAMA Americas, comments: «I am thrilled that I can inform our customers and prospects about all our new products.
