hydroponic full set pots.
finally we found the right lamp and finisce to print all pots to close the water circuit. next step: add more lamp and vegetables pots...
we used Core One L and Prusa XL. material: Petg by filament PM, PLA and titanx by formfutura.

Finalmente abbiamo trovato la lampada giusta e finito di stampare tutti i vasi per chiudere il circuito dell’acqua. Prossimo passo: aggiungere altre lampade e vasi per la verdura...

Prusa Research & Bondtech revealed at Formnext 2025 the new gamechanger in 3dprinting with multiple filament. 8 tools on Core One and maybe 10 or 12 in the next future for Core One L. Easy. clean and convenient solution to manage more filament (color/material) with rapid tooling change (15 sec at the moment) and minimum use of extra filament in purging tower.

Prusa Research e Bondtech hanno presentato al Fornext 2025 la nuova soluzione rivoluzionaria per la stampa 3D con filamenti multipli. 8 utensili su Core One e forse 10 o 12 nel prossimo futuro per Core One L. Una soluzione semplice, pulita e comoda per gestire più filamenti (colore/materiale) con un rapido cambio utensili (al momento 15 secondi) e un utilizzo minimo di filamento extra nella torre di spurgo.

Prusa XL Pick & Place: new application for the most popular Tool Changer by Prusa Research. In this sample first extruder is printing, while the second one places a nut in right position in right time.
This will be possible in the next future with new Prusa Slicer release (3.0 probably) and new firmware.
At the moment nextruder showed at Formnext was equipped with Magnet and Vacuum device to use depending form user need and application. Video is showing magnet for metallic nut.

Prusa XL Pick & Place: nuova applicazione per il multiutensile di Prusa Research. In questo esempio il primo estrusore stampa il pezzo e il secondo inserisce un dado nella posizione corretta nel momento voluto.
Questa nuova possibilità sarà disponibile prossimamente con la nuova versione di Prusa Slicer (3.0 probabilmente), di un nuovo aggiornamento firmware e chiaramente del nuovo nextruder dedicato.

Il nextruder in azione al Formnext era equipaggiato con magnete e con ventosa, da utilizzare in base alle esigenze dell'utente e dell'applicazione. Il video mostra in azione il Magnete essendo il dado metallico.

Presentato al Formnext 2025 il nuovo estrusore per Silicone per Prusa XL.
2 tubi convogliano nell'ugello le due sostanze che vengono miscelate e poi depositate sul piano di stampa analogamente ai normali filamenti. Il tubo convogliatore viene invece tagliato e depositato in un apposito recipiente sul fianco della stampante.
Anche questa volta Prusa Research fa da apripista per nuove applicazioni.

The new silicone extruder for Prusa XL was presented at Formnext 2025.
Two tubes convey the two substances into the nozzle, which are mixed and then deposited onto the print bed like regular filaments. The conveyor tube, on the other hand, is cut and deposited in a special container on the side of the printer.
Once again, Prusa Research is pioneering new applications.
