We’re hiring a Marketing Lead.

The role exists to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing for Reel Creative and selected clients, reduce founder dependency, support business development activity, and strengthen the overall client experience.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and play a visible role in how the business is represented externally. The role is designed to grow as the business evolves.

If you’re someone who enjoys ownership, thinks commercially, and cares about doing marketing properly, this role is worth a look.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼.
We’re proud to read in today’s news that since the States of Jersey Police launched their Clare’s Law campaign last year, the number of people coming forward has 𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩.

- 47 requests were made under Clare’s Law in 2024 (20% increase from 2023)
- 44 of those led to disclosures.
This is the highest number 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘑𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘺 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘰.

We worked closely with SOJP and local community groups to produce powerful video to educate and empower.

It was part of a wider multimedia campaign to help people understand their 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 and their 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄.

We’re proud to have played a small part in something that's helping people feel safer and more informed.
Thank you to everyone, 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 the survivors who trusted us to help share this message.

1x delivered and online within 24 hours.

This is what can be achieved with a can-do mindset and solid pre-production.

Not to mention, excellent performances from the team at JTC Group both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

🏆 The winner is...

Last night's IoD Jersey Director of the Year Awards was a big moment.

Our Founder Phil Slatter took home the trophy in the start-up category 🙌

An incredible recognition of his leadership and growth of this agency, in its first year.

But the event wasn't just a celebration of individual achievements;
it was a testament to the power of community and leadership.

It was a massive heartfelt thank you
to every member of our team
and to all the partners
for the hard graft
and support
in 2023.

We applaud all the winners and finalists on the night.
It's an honour to be considered amongst such talent.
