Succession have me away... season 4 has forced me to go down an emotional and mental rabbit hole that no TV show has ever done to me. Why Succession is my
1. The Talent- Omg, the acting is so good.. My faves are Logan Roy - The Patriarchal Bad Ass, Roman Roy (The Silly & dark wise sage, and Season 4 favorite Willa (her wit and sarcasm is up this Season). The entire cast is awesome, and their synergy ...*chef kiss
2. Illogical Emotions - Why do I grieve, be sad or angry when things don't go my favorite characters' way... makes no sense ... they are really horrible people. It's because we see the humanity of the villans because the character arcs are so well developed that you become emotionally connected to them. Why am I still grieving Logan??
3. The peekaboo moments/hints - There are hidden doors and meanings behind everything. From the use of Shakespeare symbolisms, attention to detail re wardrobe and lifestyle, and if you look closely at the promo posters above so many nuggetable hints that tell the story before it ends
4. Creative Aristry - It rumored that the show is based on the Murdock family, and you see it in almost all major characters and the storyline in general. The filming style depicts the comedy and darkness that drives the show and the Succession have me away... season 4 has forced me to go down an emotional and mental rabbit hole that no TV show has ever done to me.
