This 25 year old company has the distinction of spanning two generations in the persons of Richard "Pardy" Forbes and Delano Forbes. Driven by an intense desire, coupled with cutting edge technology, Phase Three is still the premiere production facility in traditional television and film production, as well as in new emerging multimedia technologies. Over the years the company has evolved into Multimedia production and has expanded its services to the wider Caribbean. Today, we pause to celebrate the life and legacy of our founder, Richard “Pardy” Forbes.

His vision, courage, and determination built more than a company — he built opportunities, inspired generations, and created a path that so many of us continue to walk today.

Though he is no longer with us, his impact is felt every single day in the work we do, the people he believed in, and the legacy he left behind.

We are forever grateful for the foundation he created and the dreams he dared all of us to pursue.

Lights, cameras… story time. 📚✨

Today, the entire Phase 3 Productions family — from Accounting to Audio, Coordinators to Crew — took a break from production life to spend time reading with the amazing students of for Read Across Jamaica Day 🇯🇲

Because beyond events and broadcasts, we believe in showing up for our communities, encouraging young minds, and helping inspire the next generation to dream big through reading.
