The art of rebellion is never more effective than through creativity. Be it singing, dancing, poetry, or any such endeavors. For one, positive energy is expansive and rolls out to the ethers and beyond. Negative energy by its nature implodes. It’s destructive and limited within its own vibration. Music and the entertainment industry in general has become corporatised and sterile. There has been a

systematic attack on creativity and the time has come to act decisively. We want to encourage once more the organic/grass roots concept of nurturing an art form, be it comedy, dance, song writing, whatever; from the first born idea through to its wonderful unique manifestation. The success of this journey will incorporate all the wonderful aspects of, integrity, determination, uniqueness, fun, satisfaction and the knowledge that something has been born to this world that was NOT there before. It will also embed the finest qualities of team work, trust, communication, and pure pleasure.

‘Creative Rebellion’ is a not for profit project facilitated by Everyday People Ltd; A community of Interest Co-operative based in North Manchester, its objective is to increase the wellbeing of people & communities through the use of creative arts.
‘Creative Rebellion’ will support and promote cutting edge bands and artists as well as attracting acts from far and wide that can have a positive influence on the people of Greater Manchester.
