Reporting directly to the operations manager, the social media supervisor is responsible of leading a team of social media account managers / executives to deliver a top level social media and digital service for the agency’s clients.
The social media supervisor is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers with the ultimate goal of turning followers into customers.
(Job Duties and Responsibilities)
- Managing the flow of work of the social media department, including the coordination with other departments to deliver the required materials on time and as per the expected quality and creative level.
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Provide continual training and support for the team that would improve their performance efficiency.
- Review the social media plans before being send to clients.
- Monitor the posting schedules.
- Insure the best implementation of social media and digital campaigns to deliver the best possible ROI
- Set brainstorming sessions with the art department, marketing team and operations manager to always come up with creative ideas for social media plans and campaigns.
- Supervise and evaluate the social media team members’ performance
- Managing social media endorsements (booking, arrangements between clients and influencers)
- Insure the on time delivery of professional monthly social media management reports.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Assist the account managers/executives designing and implementing social media strategy to align with clients’ business goals

Job Requirements
• Proven work experience as a social media supervisor
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• + 3 years of experience in social media/digital field
• + 1 years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Valid driving license is a plus
