Videographer (Full-Time / Part-Time)
--Requirements--
*Production
*Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, audio recording, and directing talent.
*Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using professional software. This includes sound design, colour grading, and basic motion graphics.
*Social Media Optimization
Create platform-specific content such as vertical videos for Reels and TikTok, as well as high-production YouTube ads, aligned with current digital trends.
*Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative Director, Performance Managers, and Account Managers to translate client briefs into visual assets that drive results.
*Asset Management
Organize and archive all raw footage and final exports to ensure a streamlined workflow.
*Equipment Maintenance
Manage and maintain company camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment.
--Required Skills & Qualifications--
*Technical Proficiency
Expert knowledge of professional cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema), lighting techniques, and audio recording.
*Software Mastery
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics, as well as Photoshop and Lightroom, is highly preferred.
*Storytelling
A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft a narrative, whether a 15-second advertisement or a 3-minute corporate documentary.
*Adaptability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Trends Awareness
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, video SEO, and emerging production technologies such as AI video tools or drone operation.
--Preferred Qualifications--
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working within a marketing agency or creative studio.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage for localized content creation.
