Job Title: Full-Time outdoor Sales Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time External Sales Officer to join our design studio . As an External Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. With at least one year of experience in a marketing agency, you will utilize your exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong deal-closing skills to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of our agency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency's customer base.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Utilize your excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our services and close deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the agency.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project ex*****on and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, maintaining a strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm for the role.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience as an External Sales Officer in a marketing or advertising agency.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, with a client-centric approach.
High level of motivation, self-discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Age range: 23-37 years.
