This expansion marks an important step in our mission to support Japanese B2B companies as they grow their presence in Southeast Asia.

By combining local insights from our Vietnam team with the strategic expertise of our Tokyo headquarters, we aim to deliver seamless marketing and communications support—bridging cultural, linguistic, and regulatory gaps.

The Vision of Our Second-Generation Leaders
"Everyone involved feels happy"—Tatsuro Otaki reaffirms that this core philosophy will remain unchanged as the cornerstone of Bigbeat. Riding the Exciting Waves! A New Chapter for Bigbeat Begins! Meet Our New Leaders 🎉 ~ #1

Our founder and current CEO, Yutaka Hamaguchi, will step down from his role on August 1, 2025. Taking his place, Tatsuro Otaki (currently Director and Head of the Account Division) will assume the position of CEO, while Katsurako Shirakuma (currently an Executive Officer) will join as a new Director.

What will be their first mission under this new structure?

"If we were a ramen shop, our goal would be to make even better ramen and serve it to our customers. We aim to build a team where everyone shares and thinks about and executes that vision together," said Otaki.

In any business, when things start to go well, it’s easy to lose sight of the essence. Instead of focusing on their core value, companies often get caught up in internal matters or surface-level enhancements—something Hamaguchi has often spoken about.

It’s tempting to spend time polishing the shop sign or chasing popularity. However, we believe that staying true to what matters most and continuously honing our strengths is the key to long-term success.

Otaki strongly emphasizes the importance of breaking down departmental silos, maintaining a broad perspective, staying true to our core values, and consistently delivering exceptional services. And to build a company that, before we know it, has been trusted by clients for 100 years.

From the very beginning, despite the ever-changing world, one thing we’ve remained committed to is hiring new graduates. As a company of about 50 employees, recruiting fresh talent every year might seem unusual—but for us, it’s essential.

Our CEO, Yutaka Hamaguchi, sees new graduate hiring as part of our responsibility as a company. 📢 Announcement #2: A Change in Leadership
On August 1, the day of Bigbeat LIVE, our CEO, Hamaguchi, will step down, and our current director, Tatsuro Otaki, will take over as CEO.
Additionally, our executive officer, Shirakuma, will be appointed as a director.

As we enter our 31st year, our management structure will undergo major changes, and we will steer ourselves onto even greater waves of change beyond our 31st year, over the next 10, 20 years, and into the next 100 years!

We received a "kumade" again this year. The kumade, a bamboo rake, traditionally used for gathering fallen leaves, is adorned as a charm for business prosperity in Japan, meaning the gathering of good fortune.
