"Rush Gaming, a professional Call of Duty team from Japan owned by Wekids Inc., took 1st place in Call of Duty: WWII プロ対抗戦 tournament presented by PlayStation during the 2-day Tokaigi event in Makuhari Messe (February 10~11).

Aside from taking home 5,000,000 yen (~46,000 USD) in winnings, they have also received the opportunity to participate in the upcoming CWL tournament in Anaheim, marking a huge milestone in not just the Call of Duty scene in Japan, but also the local Esports scene. They will be looking to make their country proud and represent themselves as the rightful owners of professional licenses granted by Japan Esports Union (JESU).
