Hiya sir,
I have adjectives this question but haven’t received an honest answer, here’s the question:
I’m not from America but have served in the navy for nearly 4 years.
I never saw active duty at sea but was “indirectly” involved in the Falkland Island war in 1982. And after leaving the navy, I was officially on the 10 year recall period” which means we could be called back to service. I was actually advised to pack my bags and prepare to return to service in 1990 because of the Iraq war.
Does all this make me a Veteran?
