Acts 10:38 (NKJV). HEALING ALL
…how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

As we continue to look at the heart of God, we see in this verse that God was working, through Jesus, to bring healing and good to humanity. Jesus was anointed by God, with the powerful Holy Spirit, to go and heal. He also showed us that healing is good. I do not know about you, but when sickness comes against me or someone I love, I never see it as a good thing. I never say, "God must be trying to teach me something through this." No! We have an enemy of God who is coming against us, and God has given us His Word and the blood of Jesus to fight him and defeat him. In Revelation 12:11 it says, "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death." We overcome the enemy by the blood of our Savior, and by His Word being in our mouth, and spoken by faith. According to Hebrews 4:12, God's Word is as sharp as a two-edged sword! We need to sharpen His Word, speak it through our lips, and put the enemy to flight in our lives. Do not ever underestimate the power of the Word of God on a believer's lips. You have the power of God within you. Use it today! Have a blessed day today on a Wednesday. Thank you.

2 Samuel 22:29-30 (NKJV). LEAP OVER A WALL
For You are my lamp, O LORD; the LORD shall enlighten my darkness. 30 For by You I can run against a troop; by my God I can leap over a wall.

Many times, we try to do things that are not possible to do in our own strength. But when we put our trust in God, our Father, He gives us the power to run against the enemy, and to leap walls that are too high for us to leap over. When young David came against Goliath, he did not let Goliath run at him. Instead, he ran against him. Why was that? Because he knew Who his God was, and what his God could do. He knew the covenant of his God, so he came with boldness against the enemy. We have a covenant with our God through Jesus Christ, and if He wants you to run at the enemy, you can! If he wants you to leap over a high wall, you can! The Bible says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Jesus is our strength, and He is our ability. Today, if you have something, or someone, coming against you, do not fight them in your own strength. Learn to lean on His strength. Learn to rely on the covenant-keeping God, and watch those giants in your life come tumbling down! Have a blessed day today on a Sunday. Thank you.

*THE LIGHT IN HER PATCHED DRESS*

_A 3-Part Story of Faith_

*Part 1: The Night the Candle Burned Low*
Maya was 12. Her home had cracked walls, one pot, and a roof that leaked when it rained.

Her dad got sick. Her mom worked two jobs and still came home with empty hands. The kids at school called her "Patch" because of her dress. She stopped raising her hand in class. She stopped dreaming.

That night the power was out. Rain hit the windows. Maya sat by a single candle with her last piece of bread. She opened the only book they had — a worn Bible her grandma gave her.
She read: _“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”_
She cried. Then she whispered, “Jesus, if You’re real… help me. I’m tired.”

She didn’t get money. She didn’t get answers.
But the fear got a little smaller. And the candle didn’t go out.

*Part 2: The Morning She Chose to Rise*
Maya made a decision at 5am.
If God wasn’t going to drop miracles in her lap, He would walk with her while she worked.

She started waking before sunrise. She studied by candlelight. She carried water for neighbors, swept shops, and saved every coin for books and pencils.
She failed math twice. People laughed. “Girls like you don’t go to college.”

On the worst days she would kneel by her mat and pray: “Jesus, give me strength for today. Just today.”
And somehow, she got it. One day at a time.

A church teacher saw her. He gave her used textbooks. Another woman taught her to tutor younger kids for a few shillings. Maya used it to pay exam fees.

She wasn’t suddenly rich. But she was no longer stuck.

*Part 3: The Room Full of Light*
10 years later.

Maya stood in front of a small room with a hand-painted sign: *“Hope Center - Free Tutoring”*
Inside: 20 kids in patched shirts, sitting on the floor, reading. A Bible open in the corner. A pot of tea on the stove.

She was now Teacher Maya. First in her family to finish school. She still didn’t have much. But she had this — kids who once felt like her, now believing they could rise too.

Every morning she still kneels for 2 minutes before class. Same prayer: “Jesus, use me today.”

The girl who once thought her story ended in the dark… now lights the room.

*Faith didn’t remove the struggle. It gave her strength through it.*
*And with Jesus, Patch became a Promise.* ✨

2 Samuel 22:18-20 (NKJV). HE DELIGHTS IN ME
He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me; for they were too strong for me.19 They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support. 20 He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me.

God, our Heavenly Father, takes great delight in us. Many times we do not believe this because of the mistakes we make, or because of our wrong self-image. But here He states that, "He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me." When we see ourselves the way our Father sees us, and change what we speak about ourselves, we will find out that God does delight in us, and that He created us for fellowship. He created us to enjoy Him, and He to enjoy us. When there is a good relationship between a father and child, or a mother and child, there is nothing like it. It is the same way with us and our Heavenly Father. He wants to have a rich friendship with us, and we are the only ones that can hold that back. So today, see yourself the way that your Father sees you. Delight in Him, and let Him delight Himself in you. Let me tell you, your life will never be the same! Have a marvelous day today on a Saturday. Thank you and God bless

The Bell Between Two Cities*_

*Chapter 3: The Bell in the Noise*

Two weeks in City of Fire and Vicky was running on chai and 4 hours of sleep.
The Dispatch Tower never stopped. Trucks in, trucks out. Shouting. Paperwork.
_Ding. Ding. Ding._
The bell was back. Louder than before.

Not because she messed up.
But because the noise was drowning her.

One night after her shift, Vicky couldn’t sleep.
The room was hot. The streets outside were still loud.
She sat on the floor, head in her hands. `Debt. Job. Alone. What’s the point?`

_DING._
One clear, long ring.
It didn’t hurt. It pulled her.

She followed it. Out of her room, down the dusty road, past the 24hr petrol station,
to a small rooftop behind the Dispatch Tower. Nobody went there.

On the roof was an old woman sweeping. Alone. Calm.
There was a jerrican of water, a mat, and a tiny kerosene lamp.
No phone. No TV. No noise.

The woman looked up and smiled.
`The bell brought you, eh? It does that when the fire gets too loud.`

Vicky sat down. For the first time, she talked.
About the debt. About having no one. About wanting to be stable in money _and_ in her spirit.

The old woman poured her water.
`City of Fire gives you coins, child. But it will take your peace if you don’t guard it.
Stability isn’t just shillings in hand. It’s quiet inside when everything outside is loud.
That’s why the bell rang. To remind you: don’t forget you.`

She handed Vicky a small stone. Rough. Warm.
`When the noise is too much, hold this. Breathe. Remember the bell isn’t a warning.
It’s you, calling yourself back.`

That night Vicky slept 6 hours.
The next morning at work, trucks were still late, bosses still shouted.
But when pressure rose, she held the stone in her pocket. _Breathe._
_Ding._ Softer now. Like guidance, not alarm.

She still had no big support system.
But she had this: *5,000 paid to debt. A job. And 10 minutes of quiet at the roof top

The Bell Between Two Cities*_

*Chapter 2: Heat, Diesel, and the First Dispatch*

The bus to City of Fire took 2 days.
By the time Vicky stepped off, her shoes were dusty and her head was buzzing. _Ding. Ding._
The bell was louder here. Not angry. Just awake.

City of Fire never slept.
Trucks hooted at 3am. Vendors shouted. The air smelled like chapati, fuel, and sweat.
It was messy. It was alive. It was work.

Her job at the Dispatch Tower was simple on paper:
*Send trucks out. Track deliveries. Make sure nothing gets lost.*

On day 3, her supervisor — a tired man with oil on his hands — dropped a folder on her desk.
`First solo dispatch. 4 trucks. 6 stops. No mistakes. Debt doesn’t wait.`

Vicky’s hands shook. No job before this. No one to call for help.
The bell in her head rang once. _Ding._
Then it went quiet.

She breathed. She checked each route twice. She wrote every number down.
When the last truck left the gate, she stood there watching until the dust settled.

That night she was paid. Not much. But enough for food. Enough to send 5,000 toward her debt.
She sat on her mattress on the floor, counted the money, and whispered:
`I did it. By myself.`

The bell didn’t ring.
For the first time in months, there was silence.
And in that silence, Vicky felt something she hadn’t felt in a long time:
*A piece of stability.*

---

*Chapter 2 Ending - New Tension:*
But City of Fire has a price.
1. *The noise* - She sleeps 4 hours a night
2. *The pressure* - One late delivery = docked pay
3. *The loneliness* - Still no support system. Just her and the bell.
