Branding is your promise!
Imagine tellling a kid that you gonna bring them a gift.
The kid is usually excited. All day long , they imagine how happy they are going to feel when they get it.
They imagine how they will show off to friends on how they got the best gift. they will talk about it all day long to anyone who cares to listen. But what happens when you fail? they are dissapointed and they will likewise share their frustration to their friends and family.

Imagine your customer is that kid. Of course,🤔 they have a mental imagination on your product/service.
But when you fail them, You are crushing the inner child of excitement in them.🏃
They may not show it, but they will not return or show off to their friends.

That is why your brand promise has to be what you can deliver.

If you were the customer would you buy you?
This is almost silly thought?🙄
But when you think about it, you begin to map your customer purchasing decision.
This way you might unlock areas of improvement in your brand.
Your brand story must sell for you.

So have you ever asked yourself?
when people buy from you what exactly are they buying?
Have you considered the fatc that they way you talk to your customers could be what's keeping your customers coming back?
Someone may be attracted to your packaging, your customer service or even asimple brand color excites them
Thus a brand is much more than just a logo!

Branding is definately not just a logo!
I am certainly amused when i see companies parade their logo and assume they have figured out the whole branding shenanigans....;)
What more do you need?
Atleast a basic understanding what it takes to build a brand.
I am more certain you would be able to see your business in a different light after this.
