Scheduling, Turn Around & Payment Terms:
•Non-refundable reservation fee of $35 is required at the time of booking. Balance of session fee due at the time of service, less the reservation fee.
•Headshot Happy Hour events are non-refundable and rescheduling is not available. Payment is required at the time of scheduleing in full.

•Rescheduling must be received no less than 24 hours in advance.
•Cancellations in less than 24 hours forfeit their reservation fee.
•Private proofing website will be available within 2-3 business days post session date.
•Post-production orders are filled within in 3-5 business days of date received.
•100% rush fees apply to less than 1 business day turn around times.
•Orders must be paid in full prior to product release.
•Retouching fees will be added to final invoice if client requests retouching services.
