According to an article by Flora An on 17th March 2025, published on the site Sobot.io titled 'AI CHALLENGES ON CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEIR EFFECTS ON BUSINESS,' Her findings established that a lack of empathy and emotional intelligence in customer interaction has resulted in increased customer churning in most businesses that have adopted AI. Further findings indicated that most brands have adopted poorly built AI models that do not really align with their business culture and interaction language with their prospects.
