Some POWERFUL STRATEGIES to stay STUCK and STRESSED in life and business

1.) Spend more or the same as you earn each week and month
2.) Think that new strategies will resolve issues but don’t work on your mindset.
3.) Don't implement what you learn
4.) Think that you don’t need help to grow
5.) Surround yourself with people that always agree with you
6.) Surround yourself with people who tell you that everything will be Ok or its not that bad when you have problems but don’t give you solutions or ways out of your problems.
7.) Choose mentors, coaches, advisors, educators on price, not results and outcomes
8.) Focus on your solving your problems not creating and achieving your mission and vision
9.) Make decision on the avoidance of pain, discomfort, stress not achieving your goals, mission, vision and living your values
10.) Keep doing what you have always done expecting different results
11.) Make choices and decision based on your emotions not your mission, vision, values and goals.
12.) Take advice from people who struggle to get their own results in that area.
13.) Think you will figure it out on your own
14.) Only reach out for help when you’re stuck, in pain or have massive problems
15.) Delude yourself into think you know everything
16.) Let others make your decisions for you
17.) Avoid people who are upfront and tell you what you need to hear because you think they are hash. Opting for people who are nice and tell you what you want hear as they feel nice to be around, even though they are the reason you stay stuck.
18.) Focus on Fast results. Getting rich quick, fast weight loss, rapid business growth etc as it seems like the best way to achieve long term and sustainable results. (And get acceptance from those who you feel you need to impress or get acceptance from.)
19.) Live life to please others. You’re life is irrelevant so pleasing others seems like the best thing to do. When you please others they will tell you what a great person you are which will compensate for how much you harshly judge yourself and hate yourself because you never do what is meaningful and right for you.
20.) Keep convincing yourself that “One Day” things will change or be different without making the harsh and challenging decision that you could make today but avoid doing.
