Work at our partner fast-growing e-commerce company in Kenya. In simple words, people are buying and selling online It is an online platform for buyers and sellers. We are also operating in several countries like Uganda, India, Nigeria, and many more countries within Africa.

Our main goal is to help businesses thrive. We are currently looking for team Leaders to help us supervise and monitor sales and marketing specialists within the country and beyond.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Recruit a sales team l that will help you get the sales force you need to get clients.
Monitor your sales and marketing team to produce tangible results in terms of getting clients to Register and sell on the platform
Report to the Human Resource manager

Skills and qualifications
Diploma and above in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experience in sales.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
