CMEM Group is growing its field force and we are looking for ambitious Team Leaders and Sales Agents to join us across a range of live projects. Our work spans brand activations, street and field marketing, experiential events, and corporate B2B campaigns — meaning no two days look the same.
This is an agency environment. That means you will be working across multiple client campaigns simultaneously, adapting quickly to different brand guidelines, target audiences, and activation mechanics. We need people who understand how agencies operate — who can take a brief, execute with precision, and deliver results in the field.
Team Leader
Lead and manage a team of Sales Agents across live activations and field campaigns
Translate client and campaign briefs into clear, actionable direction for your team on the ground
Monitor team performance in real-time and ensure targets and brand standards are consistently met
Coordinate logistics, daily deployment, and team reporting during activations
Escalate issues and provide accurate field reports to the Regional Project Manager
Maintain a professional, motivated team culture across the duration of each project
Sales Agent
Represent CMEM Group clients at brand activations, street marketing drives, and B2B corporate campaigns
Engage target audiences, deliver brand messaging, and convert interactions into measurable outcomes
Adhere to campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and activation scripts as directed
Meet individual daily and campaign-level KPIs and sales targets
Provide accurate field data, lead records, and end-of-day reports
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We value attitude, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure as much as experience. The following will strengthen your application:
Team Leaders: Minimum 2 years in a field marketing, sales, or events role with at least 1 year leading a team
Sales Agents: At least 1 year of direct sales, promotions, or field marketing experience
Familiarity with how marketing agencies work — understanding client relationships, campaign cycles, and activation briefs
Experience across brand activations, experiential events, street marketing, or B2B sales environments
Strong communication skills, personal presentation, and the confidence to represent a brand in public-facing settings
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and event days as required by project schedules
COMPENSATION
Competitive base pay commensurate with role and experience, plus performance-based commission. Team Leaders receive an additional leadership allowance. Earnings are directly linked to performance — strong performers are consistently rewarded.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Roles are field-based, with deployment locations determined by active campaigns and client projects. Both project-based and ongoing full-time positions are available. You must be flexible and willing to work across different locations as assigned.
