Don't come for me, but social media was never meant to get you, clients.
There. I said it.
Blaming social media for not getting you clients is like blaming a gym for not making you fit. The tool works. The process around it has to work too. Every week, someone tells me social media doesn't work for their business. And every time I ask the same question: what happens when someone engages with your content, lands in your DMs, or calls you? Usually, the answer is 'not much'. And that's the real problem.
Social media's job is to find the people already looking for what you offer, warm them up, and build enough trust that by the time they reach out, they're ready to talk. What happens next is where clients are won or lost. If that part is missing, no amount of posting will ever feel like it's working.
