Today's classroom had no walls.
In Tikoishi, Kajiado County, the Naboisha Women Group took us through the realities of hay production; sharing lessons that come from experience, not theory.

Not all feedback is meant to change decisions. And that’s okay.
The problem is when we don’t make that clear.
So people share their input thinking they are shaping something… when in reality, the decision is already made.
That gap is where frustration builds.
Clarity doesn’t weaken engagement. It actually makes it more honest.

Had a great session with the Public Sector Accounting Standards Board - PSASB exploring how institutions can communicate with more clarity, confidence and impact. We had practical conversations on simplifying messages, handling stakeholders and building public trust.

We are diving into understanding crisis in logistics and how preparation, communication, and quick decisions can make all the difference when challenges come up.
One thing I am enjoying about these sessions is how practical the conversations are. Everyone has a story, a lesson, and an experience to share.
