WAIT! Before you spend another shilling on ads or content, answer these 5 questions:
1. Who is your customer, not "everyone." Be specific.
2. What problem do you solve that they can't easily solve elsewhere?
3. Where do your best customers actually spend time online?
4. What has worked before, even a little?
5. What does success look like in 90 days?
If you can't answer all 5 clearly, marketing spend will be wasted.
